I used to have those feelings and know them well! I went through some really intense periods of stress and exhaustion, when it felt like cooking at home was much simpler and more enjoyable than going out to a restaurant.
By learning to use the most effective tools and strategies over the past three decades, I went from feeling stressed and anxious to confident and capable when dining out. I am here to guide you through that process (at a much faster speed) to feel empowered, knowledgeable, safer and in control when dining out through this online course!
Whether you are new to living with food allergies, you have a child with food allergies or you just don’t feel comfortable dining out with food allergies yet, this course will help guide you with my best practices, strategies and tools. The course is comprised of four modules that will take you from preparation to utilization of everything you need to learn to dine out as safely as possible with food allergies. The modules include: your dining out mindset, what you need to do to prepare before going out to a restaurant, chef cards and how to make one, and what to do once you arrive at the restaurant.
